Miracle Mile

Just west of Hancock Park, Miracle Mile, one of the newest HPOZ neighborhoods in Los Angeles features some of the most beautiful 1930s Art Deco Architecture and historic Multi-Unit properties in the City. Wilshire Boulevard was once a migration route for prehistoric mammoths and a dirt path for Spanish rancheros before becoming the modern thoroughfare it is today. The area is currently making way for the Metro Purple Line Subway Extension. In additional to it's beautiful architecture and central location, the area offers walkability to restaurants, bars and many incredible meuseums.
